Sega auctioning off cool swag for Japanese relief efforts

The folks at Sega have put  some fairly cool gaming goodies up for auction with all the proceeds going to support the victims of the tsunami in Japan.  All funds will be donated to the Red Cross and here's a sample of what you can bid on:

  • Signed original copy of Valkyria Chronicles for PS3
  • Sonic The Hedgehog 15th Anniversary Statue

San Francisco, (March 23, 2011) – SEGA® of America, Inc. today announced a new initiative that will allow its fans to help aid in relief efforts for the country of Japan. The company is currently auctioning off 20 pieces of unique, one-of-a-kind merchandise with more to come. 100% of the proceeds from the auctions will be donated to the American Red Cross to support the organization in its efforts to aid and assist Japan.
