Red Dead Redemption "Outlaws to the End" DLC is live and free

More On: Red Dead Redemption
If I needed an excuse to get back to playing Red Dead Redemption, I certainly have one now. New content has been released with the Outlaws to the End Co-Op Mission Pack that is free on both Live and PSN. There are 6 new missions to take on with up to 4 players total.

The missions range from invading mines, to herding cows, to rescuing damsels in distress. Although they all seem fairly new because of the co-operative gameplay aspect, the locales and missions themselves feel too reminiscent to be original. Either way, co-operative play and more of a chance to shoot things with Dead Eye are welcome.

Check out the very descriptive trailer below that gives a nice overview of the missions available.

Today we're happy to announce that the Red Dead Redemption Outlaws to the End Co-Op Mission Pack is available now as a free download on Xbox Live and PlayStation Network. Requiring teamwork and a good strategy, up to four players can tackle six brand new cooperative missions filled with explosive challenges and tense gunplay, as well as chances to earn additional multiplayer XP rewards and unlock new Achievements/Trophies.

To celebrate the release, we invite you to check out a brand new video and screenshots that showcase the intense action and gunfights of the Outlaws to the End Co-Op Mission Pack. Work alongside friends and shoot your way out of a mine as you’re weighed down with loot in Walton’s Gold, or rescue a stolen herd of cattle and accompany them to safety in The Herd. Four additional missions will take players behind enemy lines, down river, and south of the border. Fallen teammates can be revived, but take care not to fall victim to the same gun.
