The hit top-down shooter game, Dracula – Undead Awakening, has launched for PSP minis on SCEA’s PlayStation Store.

Published by Chillingo and developed by Abstraction Games, Dracula – Undead Awakening puts players in control of a vampire hunter in combat with hordes of undead enemies such as zombies, ghouls, werewolves, vampire brides and more! Each level and every new attack wave contains more enemies, and they get stronger over time!

Dracula – Undead Awakening is set within multiple eerie locations, such as a desolate graveyard and a Gothic fortress. As enemies attack and the player defeats them, useful items may drop such as weapon upgrades, ammunition and potions. As they progress, players can access increasingly powerful weaponry including Machine Guns, Flamethrowers, Buzz-Saws and Grenade Launchers. Surviving each round of attacks also rewards players with experience, which they can spend to choose new skills and ability perks like Bloodlust, Ninja, Telekinesis and even Death Dice.

To ensure replayability, there is a variety of Dracula – Undead Awakening game modes including Survival, Rush, and Wave Attack. Each mode can last indefinitely depending upon the skill of the player, as enemies increase in number and strength until the player runs out of lives and is defeated.
